Asking4It Productions is a Wales-based company making innovative theatre and experimental opera. The work focuses mainly on issues relevant to women and young people and is aimed at a wide audience.

MAIN AIMS
To explore human rights through theatre. The company aims to enhance the wellbeing of communities through engagement and transformation.

The development of experimental and contemporary theatre and opera exploring new writing, libretti, musical compositions and theatrical treatments.

To achieve artistic development through innovation and experimentation. This will include training, national and international touring.

CURRENT WORK IN DEVELOPMENT
Natasha – A triptych – studies in experimental opera: (Peacekeeping; The Filmmaker and The Organ Trader; Shelter).

Written by Jane Fox in 2012 this work explores aspects of modern slavery, the sex trade and human trafficking. Natasha is inspired by the Mexican Journalist Lydia Cacho and her book Slavery Inc; The Untold Story of International Sex Trafficking.
